Dear Cory,
I'm so happy that I've gotten to really know you these past couple of years. You've been a really good friend, truly one of my best. Thank you for all those talking-until-4 a.m. (or whenever I crash) nights at Klimat; they are some of my fondest memories, and I will really, really miss them. Thank you for all-day workday (and worknight!) Gchat sessions; I never talk to anyone about politics but you. Thank you for talking me down from ledges, and for always telling it to me straight, good or bad. You walk to perfection the fine line between being empathetic and being the voice of reason. You are always right. Thank you for being there for me. I count on you.
I wish you the best of everything wherever your life travels take you. I have the utmost confidence in you. There's always a place for you to stay at when you're in town. I hope you come back soon - to visit, and permanently. I will really, really miss you.
Keep in touch.
Best,
AnnElizabeth
I tried to do a cranberry martini (or, as Stanford Blatch in Sex and the
City called it, a Tart-ini) on the bottom right, but it turned out
looking like something Edward Cullen would've ordered...
