Rosy-Cheeked Balloons

Super easy but super cute card for my brother's birthday.
The balloons, fence and rosy-cheeks were all punchouts, and I used stretchy silver twine for the balloon strings.

I didn't realize until just now when I uploaded the pictures to this blog, but Joe the Monkey (see here and here) hasn't made an appearance for Rich's past two birthdays. Methinks Joe needs to come out for a romp again next year!
